Charlotte Skånstad-Shand is responsible for evolving Ericsson’s Enterprise strategy and business for Middle East and Africa. This includes go-to-market models, business development and sales where the focus is on supporting the industries through our customers and channel partners with various offerings and solutions build on the 5G stack. From her long career at Ericsson, she has experience from managerial sales and commercial positions in high growth markets such as India and Africa.
Khaleelo is responsible for building and executing the industry strategy and partnerships for Microsoft Telecommunications and Media business in MEA. He works across sales, product, engineering, and partners to help operators execute on their digital transformation. Prior to Microsoft, Khaleelo served 20+ years at BT in various senior management roles both in Europe and MEA with his last role as COO for BT MENA.
Sergey Gerashchenko is the Vice President for Global Services, a recently organised and empowered unit that manages Etisalat’s key MNC and global business partners. His strong business acumen and result-driven approach has led to the enablement and creation of a strong global expansion plan for Etisalat customers in the MEA region and internationally. Prior to his new transition, Sergey was successfully heading Etisalat UAE’s B2B managed services product team. Under his direction, the B2B unit commenced a communication and network virtualisation transformation for its enterprise and government customers in the UAE and the region.
Ragy Magdy heads the Corporate Sales Department at Etisalat, where he is responsible for positioning Etisalat as leading Core and Digital Solutions provider across 2000+ corporate private & public accounts. Since his joining in 2014 at Etisalat, Ragy’s leadership has transformed corporate sales strategy aligning with Etisalat’s vision for Digital Tomorrow. His digital knowledge and experience combined with customer focused sales approach has been key to his success. His efforts to revamp Corporate Sales were complemented by his ideology in building a strong digital savvy sales team.
Oscar is the Senior Vice President, Business Marketing and Product Innovation at Etisalat by e& where he leads the definition, implementation, pricing, and go-to-market of value propositions for SMB, Corporate, and Government segments. He joined the company in 2014 and his focus revolves around transforming the company into a Digital Telco, evolving the product portfolio, and creating unique customer experiences. Oscar has 25+ years of international experience in Product Management, Product Development, and Business Development roles related to B2B, B2C, and B2B2X in the Telecommunications and Digital services areas across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Hamad Almarzooqi is a senior executive with over 18 years of experience in telecommunications. He is a strong motivator and team player with effective leadership, communication, decision making, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills, together with corporate focus & results driven attitude. Having an immense knowledge about B2B markets and organisational transformational plans, he is leading the B2B pre-sales team along with heading business operations including delivery, managed services, and E-care programme across all customer segments.
Haitham Abdulrazzak is the Chief Business Officer at Etisalat UAE, responsible for designing, deploying, and managing solutions and services for all business customers in the UAE. Haitham and his teamwork towards fulfilling Etisalat’s vision while leveraging and driving forward UAE’s new phase of growth focused on innovation which was recently revealed through the announcement of 50 most innovative projects initiated by the UAE Government.

Prior to taking over as Chief Business Office, Haitham led all 4 waves of transformation of Etisalat UAE’s Network, from 2013 to 2021 as the Chief Technology Officer.
